Fiduciary Responsibility
We are accountable to the pilots who elect us. Every decision we make will be guided by that responsibility.
We are accountable to the pilots who elect us. Every decision we make will be guided by that responsibility.
The collective will of the pilot group will be measured through data, surveys, and direct membership input, not the emotions or individual preferences of slate members.
Blue Skies 2025 exists to give structure and action to the membership’s voice, ensuring leadership reflects rather than dictates pilot priorities.
Our focus is on achieving meaningful, data driven progress at the bargaining table and securing a contract after years of delay.
Clear communication, honest updates, and no hidden agendas.
Other paths: different faces, same agenda. More delay, more distraction, and agendas not centered on our pilots.
Blue Skies 2025: independence, accountability, and leadership that honors its fiduciary duty by carrying out the pilots’ collective will.
We are committed to restoring trust, advancing negotiations, and securing a contract that reflects what the pilots decide is most important. Our goal is simple: to ensure every pilot’s voice is heard, respected, and acted upon.

Captain, A320 — Punta Gorda Base
I’ve been with Allegiant Air for a little over ten years and currently fly as a Captain on the A320 based in Punta Gorda. For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving our pilots as a Steward in our local. In that role, I’ve helped answer pilot questions regarding our CBA, assisted in processing individual grievances, and represented pilots in Section 18 disciplinary meetings with the company.
It’s been an honor to support my fellow pilots, and I look forward to continuing to serve and represent our group as part of the Executive Board.

Captain, A320 — Provo Base
Greg (not to be confused with Greg U) has been with Allegiant since 2019, is a Provo 320 Captain, IBT Steward and Payroll Chairman. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from California State University San Marcos, and prior to being a pilot worked in Account Management for a specialized diagnostic laboratory. He has been involved in the payroll committee here since 2022, but has been involved in union activities for years, having also served on his previous ALPA carrier’s P2P (Pilot-to-Pilot) committee as a lead, helping to improve union engagement and support on a more local basis.
As those who have interacted with Greg can attest, he is incredibly detail oriented and knowledgeable on many contractual issues, specifically pay. He has helped countless pilots with pay issues and education and held the company accountable through grievance filings and hearings. He plans to bring his level of detail to the E-Board to ensure the union is run properly and in accordance with all relevant laws and the IBT constitution, but most importantly, with integrity, honesty and openness. He believes the chaos of the last few years cannot stand, we can never unite and be successful until we have an E-Board by the pilots and for the pilots. He hopes to increase Union engagement on a local level and give every pilot a voice.
Greg enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and hiking, all of which are in his backyard and can be done as he sits reserve. He also enjoys live theater and travel, having traveled to 10 foreign countries in the last year. He is a member of and active in his local chapter of the NGPA where he enjoys mentoring up-and-coming pilots.

Captain, A320 — Punta Gorda Base
I have proudly served as a member of the Allegiant team for over 11 years, beginning my leadership journey as a Training Captain helping to build the foundation of our training program. I later served as the A320 Fleet Manager and a member of Flight Standards, where I worked hand-in-hand with pilots at every level—APDs, Line Check Pilots, and line pilots—to establish the standards we rely on today.
As Fleet Manager, I led the transition to a strong regulatory-compliance framework for our Airbus operations. By laying a solid foundation with Airbus manuals and procedures, we ensured our pilots can go to work every day without fear of FAA interruptions or grounding events. This work was collaborative and results-driven—bringing together pilots, leadership, and management to improve how Allegiant operates the Airbus. During my tenure, I’ve worked with upper management, members of Local 2118, and the pilot group to raise the bar for training, standards, and operational excellence.
Examples of my results include: establishing robust regulatory compliance foundations in both training and standards; building and refining the A320 program and its procedures alongside our pilot community; continuing to mentor pilots beyond my formal leadership role, modeling professionalism on the flight deck and in every interaction.
I believe leadership begins with service. My approach has always been to listen, collaborate, and deliver measurable results. As a candidate for the Executive Board, I will bring the same leadership-through-service mindset and a results-driven record back to our pilot group.
My goal is to rebuild a foundation of trust and accountability with all 2118 pilots and to place the wishes and priorities of our pilots at the forefront during my tenure as an Executive Board member. Together, we can reclaim ownership of our local, restore open and honest communication, and create a union that truly represents the values of those flying the line every day.
I’m running to ensure that every pilot’s voice is heard and that our union reflects the professionalism we live by on the flight deck.

Captain, A320 — Pittsburgh Base
I’ve flown with Allegiant for the past nine years, most of it based in PIE, with two years spent in the now-closed Austin base. Currently, I serve on the Payroll Committee, where I’ve focused on holding the company accountable when it comes to accurate CBA interpretations.
I’m running for the Executive Board because I want to continue advocating for our pilots, ensuring that leadership decisions reflect the needs and concerns of those on the line every day.
I look forward to the opportunity to represent and support our pilot group at a higher level.

First Officer, B737 — Fort Lauderdale Base
Genie, a Fort Lauderdale based First Officer, has been with Allegiant since January of 2023. Prior to Allegiant, she flew for two regional airlines.
As a first time member of IBT, Genie has provided aid in the organization of the January 2025 Fort Lauderdale picket. It was there she was able to further build a rapport with First Officers in particular and hear their concerns. It was primarily there that fueled her goal to do better for the pilots of Allegiant. She believes in reviving the faith in our union by adding significance to the voices and input of the fellow pilots throughout all Allegiant bases.
Entering the workforce at the age of fifteen, she accrued numerous years of customer service oriented experience with key notes in transparency, communication, and most importantly, the simple act of listening. Following graduation with a BA in International Criminal Justice and minoring in Anthropology, she did the majority of her flight training on Long Island, New York.
Given the honor to hold a seat on the E-Board, she plans on utilizing her skill set and experience to ensure all concerns and considerations are heard. Her goal is to restore the power to the pilots.

Captain, A320 — Las Vegas Base
I have just started my 18th year at Allegiant Air. I serve as a Captain based in LAS. I am currently an A320 APD, Simulator and Line Check Airman and Instructor. As a Union Trustee, providing oversight with integrity and transparency will be my highest priority.

Real strength is delivering results that reflect the pilots’ will. Win win is a method to secure progress and close after years of delay rather than extend stalemates.
Through data driven tools such as regular surveys, structured feedback, and open forums combined with clear reporting back to the membership.
We support a data centered approach that balances operational realities with quality of life, and we will follow the outcome of the membership’s measured preferences.
